1. Definitions

"Platform" means the MAAT application and website. "Professional" means a registered lawyer, accountant, engineer, or doctor. "Client" means the service requester. "Service" means any request made through the Platform.

2. Registration & Verification

Registration requires: national ID (14 digits — mandatory), ID photo via camera (gallery uploads not accepted), biometric video (6 automatic steps with GPS).

Every new account is suspended until admin approval after document and biometric video review (24-48 hours).

Professionals additionally need: syndicate registration number, professional card via camera, office details.

3. Services & Requests

The Platform is an intermediary — it does not provide professional services directly and bears no responsibility for service quality.

The professional is responsible for their information accuracy, service quality, and compliance with professional regulations.

4. Live Geo-Market

Every active user appears as an anonymous dot on the map. Upon accepting a mission, they become identified with live tracking.

Professionals can schedule future building visits — scheduled visits are publicly visible by default.

5. Commission & Payments

Platform commission: 40% of each completed service (minimum 40 EGP).

Instant withdrawal: 2% additional fee. Regular: 3-5 business days (free).

Subscriptions: Free (0 EGP) • Paid (199 EGP/month) • VIP (499 EGP/month).

6. Tiered Cancellation Policy

🟢 Green (0-20% elapsed): 100% client refund

🟡 Yellow (20-40%): 75% refund

🔴 Red (40-75%): 35% refund

Black (75%+): No refund

7. Use of Data for AI (Mandatory)

7.1 By using the Platform, you explicitly and irrevocably consent to anonymization of your data for AI model training.

7.2 This is an essential part of the service contract — objection is not permitted while you are an active user.

7.3 Anonymized data is not personal data under PDPL Article 2.

7.4 The Platform reserves the right to amend the data policy at any time.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Egyptian law. Any dispute shall be referred to the Cairo Economic Courts.
